Robertson Law is pleased to announce it has secured a hearing for our client before the Washington Clemency and Pardon Board. The hearing date will be announced at a later date. All pardon hearings are broadcast live on TVW.org.

The power to issue a Governor's pardon is found in the Washington State Constitution Article III Section 9. The Clemency and Pardon Board reviews pardon applications on a regular basis to make recommendations to the Governor. The board's primary focus is to identify applications demonstrating extraordinary circumstances which would justify issuing a pardon in specific cases.  

We are excited for our client, and we look forward to the opportunity to present our client's case to the board.
